Microface - generally regarded by its customers as the best dynamometer automators in the world.Jacob Slevin
Electrical interference is a major obstacle in a factory environment. Microface’s BrakeLab overcomes this with its fibre optic devices which include: Torque, Pressure, Temperature, Displacement, Airspeed, Cable Tension, Drag Force, Humidity and D.T.V.
Microface has developed a Fibre Optic system to work within BrakeLab which is interference free, easy to install and if damaged cheap and easy to repair.
FibreComs are also Plug and Play storing the calibration information within each device, meaning a non qualified electrician can move, swap and alter sensors as the need arises. This function, coupled with the freedom that the BrakeScript program offers gives the Test House the ability to create endless brake tests of their own design.
“Plug and Play”
Now you can unplug a device such as say a temperature sensor or any of the Microface sensors and swap them round the dynamometer or any other dynamometer as needed, keeping all the calibration information in each sensor rather than the computer so recalibration is not required each time.
As it is all Fibre Optics, a professional electrician is not needed at any point to do any rewiring. It is simply “Plug and Play”.
Fully Customisable System
Add to this our Software Package, Brake Script, our unique scripting language and you have a fully customisable system needing very simple training which allows you to make alterations to accommodate the latest requirements and ever changing Test Procedures.
It really is that simple.
